Hopes & Memories
Russell Gilbert - Grampa Russ got things done. He loved White Cloud and kept an eye out for where there were needs. He spearheaded the 1990 rebuild of the White Cloud City Dam.
His family keep his legacy alive with the annual Free Fishing Day.
